Invitation to Tender, Unicorn Daycare
The City of Trail invites qualified contractors to submit a fixed quotation for the proposed Unicorn Daycare at 351 Kootenay Avenue. The scope is the construction of a single storey daycare building, 3,872 square feet, all site services including a sanitary lift station, all site works including parking, walkways and landscape, in accordance to drawings and specifications.
Alternate pricing is requested for:
a. Septic field in lieu of sanitary connection;
b. CLT and heavy timber construction in lieu of conventional truss and framing; and
c. Stained plywood in lieu of p.lam millwork.
