a Legacy That Lasts

Leave a lasting legacy in honour of a loved one, individual, or group and enhance the meaning of a bench to observers and park users.

You can also commemorative a significant group, date (birthday, marriage or anniversary) or event (achievement awards). Together we can establish a lasting legacy for our City. The City of Trail would like to thank you for considering this heartfelt gift.

Cost

  • The cost for the donation of a six-foot aluminum framed style park bench is $2,500.00/bench.
  • This cost includes the bench purchase, installation (on a concrete pad), maintenance for a period of 15 years, and a commemorative plaque.
  • All donations are tax deductible and an official receipt will be issued by the year end which the donation was made.

Locations

The current bench inventory is limited to the following:

  • Six-foot aluminum framed style park benches that have already been installed, but have not yet been purchased by an individual or group.
  • The current locations of the old wooden-style benches. The wooden benches can be replaced with the six-foot aluminum framed style park benches.
