Request for Proposal, Trail Regional Airport Master Plan
The City of Trail is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to create an Airport Master Plan for the Trail Regional Airport (YZZ).
The successful proponent will be responsible for developing a new, updated Master Plan for the Trail Regional Airport, building on the existing 2011 Airport Master Plan.
The Request for Proposal, dated November 2, 2026 , is attached here, which provides scope, terms, conditions and form of contract. Further information on the opportunity can be found in Appendix B.
Proposals must be received by 2:00 pm PST on November 9, 2026.
