Request for Quotations, Contractor Snow and Ice Control
The City of Trail invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit quotations for the Contractor Snow and Ice Control services.
The work generally includes 24/7 snow monitoring, snow plowing, sanding, and the application of approved ice-melting products at various municipally owned properties throughout the City. Services will be provided throughout the winter season as required and in accordance with the service standards, site requirements, and mapping included in the Request for Quotation documents.
The City is seeking a reliable contractor with the appropriate experience, equipment, materials, and resources to provide timely and consistent winter maintenance services at the identified locations.
Request for Quotation documents are available here, including the separate Appendix C – Site Mapping Package, which is available here. Quotations must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Respondents included in the Request for Quotations package.
Quotation closing is 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
