Columbia Ave Water Service – Construction and Temporary Road Closure
The City of Trail is advising residents that construction is scheduled to take place along the 1600 Block of lower Columbia Avenue starting on November 2nd and is anticipated to last approximately two weeks.
During construction, access to the lower portion of Columbia Avenue will be limited to allow the contractor to perform this work. Residents who normally access or park at their properties from the lower road may be required to park along the upper portion of Columbia Avenue for the duration of the project.
The work will include asphalt removal, excavation, water main installation, road regrading, and paving.
Residents should expect construction activity, equipment, and temporary access disruptions throughout the project. Please use caution around the construction area and follow all posted traffic control and signage.
