To help keep our community safe and clean, the City of Trail encourages residents to report problems related to roadways, ditches, storm and sanitary sewers, water, traffic and a wide variety of municipal maintenance issues.
How to report a problem
To report a problem during our regular business hours (Monday to Friday – 7:00 am to 4:00 pm) contact us at 250-364-0840 or submit a form.
How to report an emergency
To report an emergency before or after regular business hours or on the weekend, please call 1-844-851-9545.
What is considered an emergency?
