The Trail Resident Program (TRP) is the fee structure for Trail Parks and Recreation programs, services, and facilities that was adopted in August 2009. All users of Trail Parks and Recreation services, programs and facilities must use the fee structure. “Trail Residents” are defined in the Trail Recreation Fee Bylaw as permanent residents of the City of Trail, City of Rossland, Village of Warfield, Village of Fruitvale, Village of Montrose and Area ‘A’.
