Invitation to Tender, 2026 RCMP Roof Replacement
The City of Trail invites tenders from qualified and experienced roofing contractors for the replacement of the roof at the Trail RCMP Detachment, located at 3601 Laburnum Drive, Trail, British Columbia.
The work generally includes the removal and replacement of the existing roofing system, together with associated upgrades intended to improve long-term building performance, durability, and climate resilience. The project will be undertaken at an active and highly visible municipal facility. Proponents must demonstrate strong safety practices, effective construction coordination, and experience working on occupied sites.
The Invitation for Tender documents, is attached here, describes the work in detail, including technical specifications, drawings, submission requirements, contract terms, and evaluation criteria. All requirements are contained within the tender package and its appendices.

Tenders must be submitted electronically or as a sealed hard copy in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Late submissions will not be accepted.
