Water Disruption, Wednesday, September 20, 2023

All residents in the areas noted below have received a hand-delivered notice.

There may be a water service interruption for residents of Shaver's Bench (Upper Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Avenues, Valleyview Drive, Rockland Avenue, Bowser, Brewster and East Streets) and Miral Heights (McBride Street, Randall Road, Tenth Avenue, Patrick and Albert Drives, Colin Crescent) between approximately 8:00am and 3:30pm on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 to accommodate a watermain valve replacement.  You may also notice intermittent fluctuations with your water on Thursday, September 21, as crews conduct required testing.  View the affected areas on the map. 

Please prepare in advance by having water on hand and consider filling your bathtub to use as a water source to fill the back of your toilets.  If you experience discoloured water when the water service is turned back on, run your cold taps for several minutes until the water clears.
