Temporary lane closures – Pine Avenue, Wednesday April 29, 2026

Motorists and residents are advised that FortisBC will be repairing a gas main on Pine Avenue this Wednesday, April 29, 2026 from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A lane push will be in effect to maintain two‑way traffic through the work area, which will require the temporary removal of some on‑street parking.

During the work, seven parking spaces in the northbound lane will be blocked to allow traffic to flow safely in both directions, along with three parking spaces in the southbound lane within the active work zone. The posted speed limit of 50 km/h will remain in place, and emergency vehicle access will not be impeded at any time.

Drivers are asked to follow all posted signage and proceed with caution.
