Bylaw Enforcement

The City of Trail Bylaw Enforcement Department provides a variety of services related to regulatory issues. Bylaw Officers work primarily on a reactive, complaint-driven basis and are committed to the delivery of professional bylaw enforcement in a timely and effective manner in accordance with Council direction.

Personal information is being collected under the authority of the BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be used only for the purpose of investigating your complaint and contacting you if necessary.  The City of Trail considers a complainant to be a confidential source with respect to law enforcement matters and your identity will not be disclosed.
