Kootenay Boundary Regional Fire Rescue staff will be performing rope rescue training on the Columbia River Skywalk from 8 am to 4 pm on Thursday, October 13. There will be no impact to pedestrians as the walkway will remain open.

The City of Trail will be conducting its annual fall clean up program. Pick up will be done between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM on the dates listed below. Please have your materials ready for pick-up by 7:00 AM on the first day scheduled in your area. City crews will pass through your area only once on the dates specified. Materials left out after these dates will not be picked up. Branch bundles and clear bags are picked up separately and at different times.

Eldorado Street between Cedar Avenue and the Ferraro Foods parking lot exit will be closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic from 6 AM to10 AM on Friday October 7to allow for the offloading of an elevator onto the Ferraro Foods building.
