Beginning on Monday, November 8, 2021 Selkirk Paving Ltd. will be milling and paving various sections of roadway throughout the City, pending favourable weather. The work is expected to conclude on Friday, November 12, 2021. Selkirk will begin on the 900 Block of Nelson Avenue, followed by the intersection of Binns Street and Old Rossland Avenue, 1900 Block of Fifth Avenue and lastly the 3700 Block of Carnation Drive.

Starting on Monday, October 18, 2021 until the middle of November, the City of Trail Utilities Department will be flushing and chlorinating water mains in West Trail, Downtown, Tadanac and Sunningdale on Monday, October 18, 2021 starting at 7 AM.
Water main flushing and chlorinating are necessary annual maintenance techniques used to clean and disinfect the water distribution pipes and reservoirs, and to maintain proper water flow and quality.

Trail BC - The City of Trail is very pleased to announce it is receiving $672,000 in funding for the Trail Memorial Centre – Old Library Retrofit project from the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program - COVID-19 Resilience Infrastructure Stream (CVRIS) by the Government of Canada and the Province of British Columbia. Canada is contributing $537,600, and B.C. is contributing $134,400.
