City of Trail decommissions aging infrastructure to mitigate liability and redirect resources
The City of Trail has transformed the historic Violin Lake watershed into a new ecological asset, focusing on local wildlife preservation and creating future opportunities for the community.

The City of Trail is holding a Budget Open House on May 1 at City Hall (1394 Pine Avenue) from 6:00-7:00 PM.
Attendees will hear from CAO/CFO Colin McClure about what's in the 2024 General Operating Fund for the City. There will be a breakdown of the budget as well as a five-year Operating Budget featuring expense details and plans.

This notice is to inform the public, in particular those who live on the 1800 block of Fifth Avenue, that a water main break has occurred. There will be no water service to the residents of the 1800 block of Fifth Avenue until the repair is complete. Crews are currently on site and will continue to work until the main is repaired.
