Live History is a traveling, immersive theatre troupe that performs in Canada, Bermuda, UK, Republic of Ireland, US, Australia and New Zealand.
The Trail Museum & Archives will host these talented individuals on June 8 and 9, 2022 and the public is invited to participate in one-hour immersive and interactive Trail history experiences. The portion of Glover Road from Green Avenue to Victoria Street (the highway) will be temporarily closed starting at noon today, Monday, May 16, for road repairs. See the construction area on the included map. Traffic can detour through the upper portion of Glover Road and along Binns Avenue in the interim. The sidewalk in the construction area will also be closed. Pedestrians can access the crosswalk to the adjacent covered stairway.

Update: This bin has been removed due to user non compliance. There are currently no communal bear-proof bins in Trail. Please store your garbage in a secure area until your scheduled pick up day, or take it to the landfill. Fees will apply.

On Saturday, May 7, a 12-metre section of a retaining wall in the 2100 block of Daniel Street failed, blocking through traffic on lower Daniel Street. There are no reports of injury or private property damage, but lower Daniel Street remains blocked by debris.
City crews are on site, installing sandbags to divert surface water, and to install barriers on lower Daniel Street to capture material should a subsequent failure occur. The City asks the public to avoid this area, and to follow the no parking...
