The City of Trail is developing an Active Transportation Plan (ATP) and is looking for your input in a short survey, available at trail.ca/ATP.
Active transportation is any self-propelled form of transportation such as walking and biking and includes the use of non-motorized equipment such as wheelchairs or other mobility aids, skateboards, rollerblades, and scooters.

The Regular Meeting of Trail City Council scheduled for Monday, January 24, 2022 at 6:00 pm has been cancelled. The Governance and Operations Committee Meeting that is typically held earlier in the day has also been cancelled.
The next Regular Council Meeting will be held on Monday, February 14, 2022 at 6:00 pm.

Due to staffing issues, the pool at the Trail Aquatic & Leisure Centre will be temporarily closed on Friday, January 21 starting at 2:30 PM and will reopen on Saturday, January 22 at 9:00 AM. Users booked for swim activities during this Friday closure will be contacted by Parks & Recreation staff. This closure does not impact the hours of operation in the Fitness Centre, which reopened today Thursday, January 20.

The City of Trail has mailed the 2022 utility invoices for annual water, sewer, and garbage services. Residents and businesses can expect to receive their invoices this week via Canada Post.
If your payment is made on or before February 28, 2022, you are eligible to receive a 7.40% discount. After this date, your invoice is payable in full and must be paid prior to December 31, 2022.
