Fitness Centre bookings no longer required at Aquatic Centre, pool users continue to book

As of today, Monday, March 28, bookings for the Fitness Centre at the Trail Aquatic & Leisure Centre are no longer required. Fitness Centre users also wishing to use the pool during their visit must check in with the cashier before swimming.
Pool users must continue to book their swim times online at www.trailrecreation.ca or by phone at 250-364-0888 or 250-364-0858. This is necessary as pool staff is limited at this time.

Street sweeping & flushing, week of March 28

The City of Trail's Public Works crews will be street sweeping and flushing the following areas starting Monday, March 28.
- Bailey and Victoria Streets
- West Trail Approach (Highway 22)
- Bingay Road
- Rossland Avenue
Please follow all traffic control measures and watch for crews and equipment.

Street sweeping and flushing underway

The City of Trail’s Public Works crew has started its annual street sweeping and flushing. The sweeper truck will start in the neighbourhoods that have received the earliest snowmelt and will eventually make its way through each neighbourhood. It takes approximately 3 weeks for the truck to cover the City’s entire 76-kilometre (152 lane-kilometre) road network. To better facilitate the operation, where possible, please avoid parking on the roadway.

Trail BC – Trail Parks & Recreation is teaming up with Movin’ Mountains Therapy Services to host free sensory-friendly skating in the Kids Rink at the Trail Memorial Centre.
