Trail Parks & Recreation is very excited to offer Summer at the Skatepark, sponsored by Kootenay Savings Community Foundation. Free drop-in sessions will be offered at the Trail SK8 Park on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from July 5 to August 25 at 8:30 am to 12 pm. Coaches Owen Bartsch and Samantha Marina will be available to instruct people of all ages and abilities.

Update: This project is now scheduled for Thursday, June 16.
Marwest Industries Ltd. will be completing the bottom end connection of the new watermain from Milligan Avenue to Glover Road on Friday, June 17, 2022.

The pool at the Trail Aquatic & Leisure Centre will operate with reduced hours of 6:00 am to 10:30 am and 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm on Friday, June 17 to accommodate a large school group booking and a swim meet. The pool will then be closed on Saturday, June 18 and Sunday, June 19 for the scheduled swim meet. The pool will reopen on Monday, June 20 with its regular hours of operation.
The Fitness Centre at the Trail Aquatic & Leisure Centre is not impacted by these events and will remain open...

The boat launch at Gyro Park in Trail has been re-opened as the flood watch for the area is no longer in effect. The wharf, however, remains temporarily closed until the water level comes down. Barricades and signs have been placed in the area to inform the public of the temporary wharf closure.
The City reminds everyone to use caution around riverbanks, and we thank you for your patience and cooperation.
