The City of Trail hereby gives notice pursuant to section 26 and 94 of the Community Charter of the intention to dispose of land that is not being made available to the public for acquisition.
The land to be disposed of is the City of Trail lands located at 801 Rossland Avenue legally described as Lot A, District Lots 230 and 1073, Plan NEP79246, Kootenay District, PID 026-453-410, as shown outlined in the map below.

Construction contract awarded to Marwest for substantial project
City of Trail has contracted Marwest Industries Ltd. to conduct construction activities between 2031 and 2217 Daniel Street. Work will begin on Monday, April 8, 2024 and reach substantial completion on or before October 15, 2024. The contract administrator for the project is WSP Canada.
There will be traffic and parking restrictions in effect throughout the project timeline.

Collection occurs between 7:00 a.m. & 3:30 p.m. Have your materials ready for collection by 7:00 a.m. on the first day scheduled for your area.

The City of Trail’s Public Works crew has started its annual street sweeping and flushing. The sweeper truck will start in the neighbourhoods that have received the earliest snowmelt and will eventually make its way through each neighbourhood.
It takes approximately 3 weeks for the truck to cover the City’s entire 76-kilometre (152 lane-kilometre) road network. To better facilitate the operation, where possible, avoid parking on the roadway.
