This is a reminder that all residential utility bills with an outstanding balance as of December 31, 2024 will be subject to the following:

• A 10% penalty applied to the outstanding balance.
• Transfer of the balance to your property tax account, where it will begin to accrue daily interest.

On Wednesday, November 6, 2024, between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM there will be a water service interruption for residents of the 1200 and 1300 Blocks of Columbia Avenue to accommodate a water service line repair.

Please prepare in advance by having potable water on hand. If you experience discoloured water and air when the water service is turned back on, run your cold taps for several minutes until the water clears.

On Monday, November 4, 2024 between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM, Public Works will begin flushing the watermains in the Downtown, West Trail, East Trail, Sunningdale and Tadanac areas.
