FortisBC is planning to replace transmission structures using helicopters above West Trail within existing Right of Way. In preparation of the work up the hillside, there will be construction on the Elder Trail.
The work will NOT affect power transmission in the area.

The Kids Rink capital project at the Trail Memorial Centre is at its final stages of completion! City crews should begin the installation of ice starting November 6 with a proposed completion of the improvements made possible by the generous contributions of the Murphy Family Foundation. The facility is expected to reopen be mid-November.
