The City would like to advise residents that an emergency water service interruption occurred today due to a watermain break within the construction zone in Shavers Bench.
Crews from Copcan Civil LP are currently on site and working diligently to complete the repairs as quickly and safely as possible. Once the repairs are completed, efforts will begin to re-energize the water system and restore service.

Copcan Civil LP has been awarded the McBride Street and 5th Avenue Water and Sewer Upgrades project for the City of Trail. Work will include upgrading of underground water, sewer and storm utilities along with road and landscape restoration.
Preliminary construction activities have begun, including traffic control setup, survey layout and equipment mobilization. Major works construction activities are scheduled to commence the following week and will include water and sewer utility installation.
